Not really.  First, this is a new part and the errata applies to the "ES"
version.  This stands for engineering samples.  Such early versions often
have a few strange problems.  Unless you are reasonably well connected,
you'll never see an ES chip.  Seconds, if you've got enough expertise with
PICs and electronics to get ES parts, modifying a programmer produce 3V
power instead of 5V shouldn't be a big deal for you.
