Well, I'll take a sensor away and setup a testbed.

I just made a last quick check with my ohm-meter, and,
yes, pin 1 from each sensor are tied together (and to
GND), the same for pin 2 (and to power). Pin 3 goes
to the IC.

Anyway, I'll be back after some evening testing !
