Sorry, 12C508A is what im using.
My config looks likes this:
__CONFIG _CP_OFF & _WDT_OFF & _IntRC_OSC & _MCLRE_OFF

Which I hope means MCLR doesn't need to be tied high? And internal RC OSC.
