Just to stir it up;

Considering that the extra copy is not yours to sell, still property of the
printing / editor company, you could only charge the cost of the shipping,
nothing else... hehe.. A mistake does not change the law.

You go to the bank to cash a $100 check, the clerk gives you $150 by
mistake, the extra $50 is yours? of course not, except, if you justify that
the mistake correction, time and dedicated effort to return the $50 would
cost you more than $50 in your business time... anyway, would be not right,
since you WOULD go back to the bank if the received summ would be $80,
missing $20.
