I'd like to have four inputs on RB4 through RB7 used as Interrupt on Change
to trigger an input.  Two of those inputs will be pushbutton inputs and two
will be
pulse monitoring inputs.  My question is that once I do get an interrupt due
to a change of level on any one of those pins, how do I set it up so I can
know exactly which input triggered the interrupt??
