I got here late, but if you're talking about using Acroread to print
schematics, be sure that autoscaling is disabled in the options.  I
like using PDF to transport files to Windows PCs for output, but if you
need 1:1 output make sure that the scaling to "fit page" has been disabled.
It will scale even things that fit fine a tiny amount.  Enough to ruin
your whole day if the size is critical.
