I and the team I am working with have decided (through a little persuasion)= that mosfets are the only feasible means of reaching our motor control = goals. I found a site (www.Tecel.com) that sells a pre-built controller, = D100-B25. We are looking for relatively low cost, yet capable of pushing = 3.125A continuous at 48VDC at ~20KHz. The Tecel controller boasts a lot = higher (unbelievable) continuous current ratings. Has anyone used these = or does anyone have a know where I would be able to purchase (quickly) a = similar product? Thank you for your time, Tom -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
