I thought that the typical capacity for a 9V battery was in the neighborhood of 150 mA-H? It looks to me like top NiMH rechargable 9V batteries are about 150mAH. Alkalines should be quite a bit better than that... I am running a test on a ciccuit that consumes around 3 mA 99% of the time, and so far I it has been running for almost 4 days (almost 300 mA-h). I am using a new Energizer 9V battery. Does anyone know any real specs on an Energizer? I looked at spec for Duracell (at duracell.com) and panasonic (at digikey) and it looks to me like 9V alkalines get close to 500mAH at low discharge rates..
