Weller makes a soldering iron with a nice small tip and is
only 12W.  Model SP12.  And it's < $15 IIRC.  Tips are not
changeable though.  They also have another with changeable
tips (very small tips again) called the WM12 I think, but
this it ~$40 IIRC.
