B.t.w, can you see this on the outside of the chip ?
I'v got a 18F452 marked "0240H1C". According to the
data sheet, the "0240" ithe year and week and the
"H1C" is called "Alphanumeric traceability code".
Does this relates in some way to the "C0" revision ?

But probably only Microchip can "read" there traceability
code...
