Have a look at http://www.pdf995.com This is just a thin wrapper over REDMON and GhostScript but it works well. If you don't pay the $9.95 you get a pop up ad when you generate your PDF, but the PDF it creates is clean. I've used the GhostScript/Redmon thing for a long time, but this is much easier to set up.
