I would get on the phone and talk interactively with your local Microchip
office.  They should be able to advise you how to proceed.  The C0 chips
are relatively new.  I got my samples only about a month ago.  There may
not be significant quantities on distributor shelves yet.

Distributors probably don't have a mechanism to separate C0 revisions from
previous, or wouldn't be willing to bother for small quantities.  You
could try sending them a PO specifically for the C0 rev so you don't have
to pay if they send something else.  If they're smart, however, they'll
just refuse the PO.
