You just missed their offer for free boards (till the end of March).
You can get 3 boards for $99.

If you're going for cheap you might also try Olimex
http://www.olimex.com/pcb/index.html $26 for 160mmx100mm, and they'll
panelize for free. They are in Bulgaria, so you'll pay a bit more for
shipping if you're in a hurry, though.
