This demonstrates again (should there be any doubt) how little we really
know. I find many of the comments in this article implausible (even allowing
for the fact that it has been dumbed down for general consumption).

Three "naked" galaxies, not surrounded by cloaks of dark matter, have been
found by an international team of astronomers. The discovery overturns the
long-held assumption that all galaxies are enclosed by dark matter halos.
"The result was certainly not what we expected," says team member Michael
Merrifield, at the University of Nottingham, UK.
