Since a bunch of people have shown interest in the low cost
and efficient parallel port programmer I have been using for
two years now, and the design can not be found anywhere on
the net, I have made it available for download on my page at
http://www.astrosurf.com/pp_programmer.htm. Make sure to use
the second pcb drawing in order to program "narrow" 28-pin
chips such as the 16F876 or 18F252.
