If IO isn't an issue, you can simply use parallel transfer. Either 2 ports
(complete waste of IO, but if you have it, why not)... or one port, using one
byte at a time. Otherwise, if you have an (M)SSP available, you could use
either I2C or SPI to transfer the data.
