Can anyone give me some really rough benchmark idea how much it would
cost to take a simple PIC circuit design and have it manufactured as a
SMT design?  What kind of quantities would be required?  My design has
about $20 in parts -- A PIC, a few LEDs, reistors, and regulator, IR
receiver.

Also, can anyone recommend a good supplier for this kind of service?
I'm assuming I would send in a schematic and a parts list.
