Does anyone know of any sort of software for PICs (PIC16Fxx) that can grab
the data from the PIC memory?

The basic idea is that I want to use PIC to gather data and store it in
memory for later retrieval into the computer.  I know that I can store that
data in EEPROM.  Is it possilbe to store some data in FLASH memory?

So I want a program to grab the data from the PIC without having to right
any kind of PIC - PC interface.  I think they have something like this for
BasicStamp.
