This one has a minimum level of about 8" and can be fully submerged. (I.E lie on the bottom of a wide tank...) The problem is Norway, where I live, is very expensive... The one you mentioned would cost me $67 after going through Norwegian customs. Buying a 150W one from my local electronics supplier would cost about $77.
