I finally found a perfect heater for my etch-tank...

It's a Akva-Stabil submersible heater, rated at 150W! (www.akvastabil.dk)
Price was about $36 (US) and it is completely submersible.
The box said it had a temp range of 18-33*C (65-91*F) but the dial isn't
locked so you can turn it further with no modification necessary.  Cranked
all the way up it gets a 2 litre tank from 10*C up to 45*C in about 30
minutes.  There are no metal on it that can corrode or get eaten by acid and
it is 100% sealed.

I absolutely reccommend this one if you need a heater.
