Please help this OrCAD layout Newbie!

After spending many hours going through the user's manuals for OrCAD v9.2
lite *and* going through the various help files, I am unable to figure out
how to change the default drill sizes that OrCAD uses for DIP IC packages,
etc.  The only method I can figure out (so far) is to edit the output files
(e.g. NC drill files, gerber files etc), to change the drill sizes (not
advisable, I would say).

Can anyone please tell me how to change default drill sizes that is used in
OrCAD layout?  This is the only thing preventing me from getting my PIC
project PCB completed.
