Might be some sort of daylight reading lamp you got there. Withoug a glass in front of the bulb you will get a little more light and if it's not UV-shielded you should get enough UV to do a board.... But still, a lightbox with quarts glass and 2x8w real UV will be faster. The one we have at the university takes 3 minutes.
