Oh, and where is that "indicated"?  According to PIC18F1220/1320 Data
Sheet (DS39605B), Register 17-2 "ADCON1 - A/D Control Register 1" on page
156, ADCON1 should be set to 7Fh if you want all of the analog inputs to
be digital I/O.  It needs to be at least 1Fh to make all of port A digital
I/O.

By the way, are you running the 18F1320 in HS mode with the PLL enabled?
If so, what frequency?
