coupla more names that sprang to mind rtcom (rt-com?) radio-tech (uk) I have used units from both of these companies and they both work well(for narrowband). there are dozens if you do a search for "rf+module+oem" some additional search terms to try are "ask", "fsk", "quasi modulation" you'll hit the jackpot somewhere with just what ur after and at the right price too, if you feel better, when you find the one your after or a couple that tickle you, ask the list to see if someone has used those particular ones, you can prob bet someone has.
