Yes, I've made a Q&D programmer working with all PICs I needed...

The two points you must look at are socket adaptator for VDDs, VSSs, _MCLR,
RB6, RB7 and the good programming algorithm...

(I suggest you Q&D like jdm84 and icprog...)
