This comes up pretty frequently on the list; the last time was about
two weeks ago, in a thread entitled "[PIC]: Ring buffer acting
oddly".

If you can figure out how to search the archives at
http://www.piclist.com (it always takes me forever to find anything
there, but your experience may be different), check there.
