Far from finished but it should do some movement now on xy axis for
pulse&dir stepper cards

A program reads a HPGL drawing file and controls stepper motors connected
to parallel pc port
for hobby based xyz stepper driven engraving/ milling tables
OpenSource Freeware MSDOS/MGUI
SystemReq. 80386 and up
