Hi Anand, The ME Labs "Loader" software comes with the PC software and a number of standard hex files for the PICs, and you can easily make your own customized hex files at: http://www.melabs.com/resources/load200.htm I have used it numerous times to generate specialized files for customers who are buying the Loader software along with some PICs, but who do not have their own PIC programmer. You just make your selections on the ME Labs "Build your own loader" page, and it emails the resulting hex file to you in a minute or so. Very fast and easy.
