Not sure how your word "included"  should be taken (on the motherboard?)

Anyway, the BYtE article on the IBM Personal Computer in January 1982
mentions "The Monochrome DIsplay and Printer Adapter..."

So if you bought the mono version you got a printer port but not if you bought
the colour version.
