After some investigation it turned out that the "PICLIST" isn't an= =20 official newsgroup and moreover it was told me that it was placed *illegal *on the newsserv= er. There's an offical list of newsgroups and active providers who acts l= ike=20 mirror sites, will remove therefor piclist. If a remember well, the owner(s) of the PICLIST told me it was too mu= ch=20 trouble to become an offical newsgroup. It seems to me a discussion list which you'ld best to receive though= =20 normal email.
