Thanks, may be using the 876A in a later version. Sticking mostly to Flash programmable mcus. Hearing a lot of positive feedback about the Warp and might give it a try. As a side, I did attempt to assemble the latest version at www.myke.com but it had trouble supplying the programming voltages to _MCLR. The transistor circuit used on the pin is a bit flakey, and after "fixing" it and fiddling with it for a while the programming software still wouldn't burn a chip. Stock, the transistor circuit supplied 13V high and 6.5V low. Modified I got 13V high and a little under 250mV low.
