National semiconductor do two eval boards with 4" x 6" panels (5v and 3v versions) so note sure if these are too big. Now there 120 USD each BUT if you ask nice, they might let you have a couple FOC since your exposing potential design engineers to their products :) In any case they might be worth a look as there complete units with PC drivers for RS232 connection. I know schools in the UK that have managed to obtain limited samples out of other companies - good will, publicity and all. http://www.national.com/store/ Look for LM8300-REF-01 or LM8500-REF-01 Joe -----Original Message----- From: Larry Williams [mailto:wizzzard@BELLSOUTH.NET]=20 Sent: 21 March 2003 19:08 To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: Re: Small touchscreen displays - where to buy? http://www.3mtouch.com Jai Dhar wrote: > Anyone know a place in Canada that sells these? > > Quoting zantos : > > > http://earthlcd.com/index.html also > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: "M.
