I'm looking at getting one or two small LCD touchscreens for a project
in class.  The only requirement is low cost.

It's a thin/light tab constructed 128x64 monochrome display with EL
backlight and 4 wire resistive touchscreen.  It's only 52mm x 34mm
(2"x.1.3", or 2.4" diagonal), but it only costs $37 in quantities of
one.  It has a COG controller (basic, dumb, KS0713) which is fine.

Ideally we'de be able to find one about PDA size ( 3" to 5" diagonal)
for under $100 in quantities of one.  These will be purchased by the
school, so feel free to suggest places that might sell small quantities
to schools when they normally only sell in large quantities.
