I didn't get a chance to read all your emails about solar cells I have been
away for a long time. I was a member member 2 solar car teams  and worked
on the array on 3 cars.  Here is a little info that may help.

First of all a member of the second team I was with built a Tracker based
on a PIC. Here is a link to all the info that is still around on the
project. I haven't checked if all the links still work but you should be
able to build the project from the info that is there.

The tracker was built for single crystal solar cells and for much larger
than anything most of you would want to build. But, I hope it helps.
