12c508 - 12 bit core, 512 ROM, 25 RAM
12c509 - 12 bit core, 1K ROM, 41 RAM
12f629 - 14 bit core, 1K ROM, 64 RAM, comparitor, 1 extra timer

I use somewhere around 8K 12c508 per year - I won't consider using the 12F
parts until they are cheaper than the 12C parts.
