I built PARPIC and downloaded FPP programmer.  When I try to program the
PIC, it immediately says "Failed to program code!"  It doesn't seem like it
even tries to program.  I have installed GIVEIO.SYS and if I go to test, it
seems to be able to control the pins.  I double checked my circuit several
times and everything there seems to be fine.  It seems like FPP doesn't
detect the programmer.  The port setting is correct (378).  Does anyone know
what could be wrong?  TIA.
