Hi to all! I need to communicate between a PC and a circuit which has on-board a = microcontroller. I have to transfer several Kbytes of data (if I could = do it in full-duplex, it will be fantastic!). I wouldn't like use uC = with built-in USB features (such PIC16C745/765) because - if I'm right - = I need to manage USB protocol. Instead I would like transmit and receive = data like RS232, without complex routines. Could you suggest me a USB chip that allows USB data transfer between a = microcontroller (PIC, AVR... it's all the same!) and a PC ? and also a = software driver to manage easily the communication with VB or C++ ? thanks!
