I think that you're looking for the 8-pin, 12F675. Don't be concerned about the '12' prefix. It has a 14 bit core and instruction set. Because it features an internal 4Mhz oscillator you can have up to six i/o pins; or four if you use an external (up to 20Mhz) oscillator.
