This is a joke, right ? At 5 seconds/battery it would take 12.5 man-hours
to change them and a trip would cost $18000 (at $2/battery). Either that
or Duracell is financing them. Or someone used Stephen King's
Tommyknockers for inspiration and did not get the point about the power
lines.
