It says on their catalogue request form "Catalogues are sent free of
charge to anywhere in the UK.". However, I just requested one and they
sent me an email back asking for $8 postage! Interesting definition of
"free of charge" they have...

They also said:

Right... I think I'll be sticking with the UK suppliers for now.
