Switchmode Power Supply Handbook (McGraw Hill) is written by an old
pro from Hammond Transformers in Canada and has good information on
the details, including rare information on meeting safety agency
approvals and fractional turn winding.

I don't recall if it has the latest info on triple-insulated technology.
