Hehe... Amateur rockets... now that brings back some memories.
    We used to play with 1-2 litre Cola-bottles when I was little.

Although Armadillo Aerospace is considerably more "serious", the science of
"pressure rockets" using soda bottles and nothing other than water and
compressed air for fuel has progressed rather a lot.  The current altitude
record (for a pressure rocket) is over 1000 feet.
