One 18F452 is completely isolated and it keeps showing all 0's.

/MCLR is at 13V when programming, so this isn't LVP'g is it? Should the LPV
pin (42 on the 18) still be pulled down? Why?

Originally a direct connect to the appropriate connection on the PS+. I have
since added a 10k pull-up thru a diode, which didn't help either....


I am just hoping to not have to de-solder the TQFP to make this work!!
