Hello all:

I work for a small company that designs various products that use embedded
controllers, most of which are from Microchip.  I have (for the second time
in as many years) asked my company to send me to the Master's Conference put
on by Microchip, but have once again been denied the request.  From what I
read on this list last year, it really sounds like a worthwhile event to
attend.  Do any of you "management" types have anything to say about the
conference that I might be able to use to convince my boss to change his
