I just checked another PC in the office and it does not have the "Settings"
button in OL2000. The other PC is setup for an Exchange server instead of
Internet mail so, I guess the wrap length is another one of the settings
that is only available when you setup OL2000 for Internet mail instead of
Exchange Server.

The Exchange server administrator can probably change the settings for you
at the server.
