Since I am not a member of PCI-SIG, I can't look at the exact specs.  What I
am looking for is via the PCI connector, from a motherboard, what is the max
current draw (ie...what does the motherboard have to supply to remain in
spec) for the various voltages on a PCI slot.  That would be +/-12, 5 and
3.3 V
