www.kitsrus.com kit #123 will do them.  It uses a built in monitor, so
all you need is some terminal program with ASCII upload capability to
program the chips.  I have one that I used to program an 89C52 for a
project I did.  IIRC, it even automatically identifies the chip being
programmed.
