I don't know if it is good practice or not, nor am I an expert, but I have 3 16F877 running on one 16MHz xtal, without problem. This is a one-off prototype, not intended for mass production. I use CLKOUT pin of one PIC to feed CLKIN of another. > Is multiple micros on one clock poor design practice, or can I > expect more capability than 2, or is reality somewhere betwixt? > As I said, I will do some more of my own homework, but as a guy > that wasn't even aware of PIC's w/ LCD drivers, I though it wise to > ask the experts... -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
