ha ha. I guess this is a good reason to make sure one has a copy of MPLAB
5.something around. Certainly 5.6 seems to talk to the Picstart+ with the
original 17C44 in it, and I have hung onto that so I need only 1 JW version
that I can erase and update.

I wonder what the minimum rev that MPLAB 6.something talks to is.
