Just a silly question :- Have you checked the cables?? - (Preferably be temporary replacement) Richard P Michael: > Is there any way to get the radials that are in the water to be under > the sand? Got a sore thumb for the last 2 days and this make typing difficult - a result of manual tuning the ATU. I have combined different posts and did some "cutting", hope this make the thread easier to follow. On one side of the platform is a short sandy beach, the radial wire on this side is not buried. But this side is still holding because it is protected from the water-movement by the platform. The platfrom is a peninsula, the other two sides face the open sea and the radial wires are messed up there. There was a fix being done, but wasn't done properly as tiny-copper-wires were added and are all corroded. snip............. -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
